Dear Friend,
The word April is thought to be derived from the Latin word "Aperire" meaning "to open."
Hypnosis can help to "open the heart" of someone who is suffering and is an excellent way to transcend the Egoic illusion telling us that suffering is a necessary and expected part of the human experience.
Hypnotherapists listen with only one purpose, to help someone empty their heart of fear, hurt and anger, and the only way out of those toxic emotions is by moving through them and into a healed and peaceful state; thereby, returning to our true nature of joy and contentment.

I believe that Pythagoras was referring to the prison that we, as human beings, create in our minds based on memories of our past experiences.
The month of March symbolizes new beginnings, rebirth and renewal. If you feel that you have "suffered enough" and are willing to let go of the traumatic and unpleasant memories and beliefs, hypnosis can help.
Hypnosis can bring about a new beginning and a new way of thinking rooted in peace and joy. By healing the past and releasing it, the anger, sadness and despair can be transformed into loving thoughts and kind speech and you can give the world a better part of yourself.

Dear Friend,
February is best known for celebrating "Valentines Day." The symbolic day of sharing love remembrances with those we care about.
However, we need to be reminded that self love is necessary for leading a balanced and healthy life.
And, when people look outside of themselves for the love they feel they need, they can waste time on unfulfilling journeys that keep them bound to cycles of suffering.
The love we need is found within and therefore it should be sought within.
Hypnosis can help to liberate the love that is found inside of all of us.

Dear Friend,
It is not hard to notice that people have trouble with life. But why?
Partly, because things happen that we do not want and as a result, we suffer.
If you have reached the realization that you have "suffered enough", hypnosis can help to release the suffering and restore a sense of peace.
You are a very great being.
Be brave and be willing to do the inner work necessary to restore balance in your life. By helping to restore balance and peace, it positively affects the need and desire to "self medicate."
Self medicating with cigarettes, food, alcohol, shopping, gambling, etc., no longer feels necessary and the desire to find happiness outside of ourselves begins to diminish.
