You have about 50,000 thoughts a day, and it is easy for the majority of them to be negative, especially if you were subjected to negative influences during the formative years of your childhood. During the early years of your life, you may be "conditioned" to respond to stressors in a negative fashion. Some examples of negative responses to stress can be anger, fear, and low self esteem.

Hypnotherapy can help to eliminate negative thoughts that keep you stuck. Many leading athletes have used hypnotherapy to excel in their sport by eliminating limiting negative thoughts and, thereby, giving them a competitive advantage.

In my opinion, there is no prerequisite for success in life except for the 100 percent belief in yourself and your abilities.
